Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all products purchased from Saadagee.

1. General Refund Policy

Note: Refunds do not apply to any products purchased from Saadagee in any case, except for the delivery of a damaged or incorrect product (wrong product sent to you).

2. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under specific conditions:

  • Size Issue: Exchange is accepted if the customer wants the same product in a different size.

  • Defective/Damaged Product: Exchange is accepted if a defective or damaged product is delivered to you.

Important Exchange Conditions:

  • Products must be in an unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

  • Any small, easily fixed issues, such as minor thread pulls, that may happen during transit can be resolved by the customer and do not warrant an exchange.

  • Exchange will be done only once per single piece/item.

3. Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Customer Discretion (Color/Material): If the customer does not like the material, color, or shade of the dress/product. We highly suggest reading the product description before placing an order. We try our best to ensure exact colors as shown in the images, however, a 5-10% slight variation is unavoidable due to different screen resolutions.

  • Washed or Worn Products: If the product has been washed or worn.

  • Missing Order ID: If the order ID is not provided with the exchange request.

4. Exchange Request Timeline and Process

  • Any Exchange request must be raised by the customer within 3 days of product delivery.

  • Customer Shipping Responsibility: We do not provide any reversal pick-up. Any product that needs to be exchanged should be sent back to us by the customer at their own expense to the address provided by our support team.

  • Replacement Timeline: If the exchange is accepted, the replacement product will be delivered within 5 days of receiving the original item back.
